This Privacy Policy sets out how the online store NailZone processes personal data of natural persons.

NailZone undertakes to ensure the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), the Personal Data Processing Law, and other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

  • delivery address or the selected parcel locker;

  • information about the ordered goods;

  • payment information (payment amount, date, and payment method).

NailZone does not process or store payment card data.

  • accepting and fulfilling orders;

  • organizing delivery of goods;

  • reviewing withdrawal rights and warranty claims;

The technical operation of the online store is ensured by the Mozello platform, which in certain cases may process personal data as a data processor.

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the relevant purpose or as required by laws and regulations.

Accounting documents are stored for the period specified in laws and regulations.

NailZone implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

  • request correction of data;

  • request deletion of data if there is a legal basis for it;

  • request restriction of data processing;
